Subscription Terms
These public beta terms describe the current analytics service. This is not a paid checkout offer: paid checkout remains disabled. The merchant identity and governing law are not yet published, so no commercial purchase can be completed under this version.
Service
EL Stocks provides the same US-stock market analytics, signal levels and decision-support information to subscribers. It does not hold customer funds, connect to a brokerage account, execute orders, provide personalised investment advice or guarantee a result.
Eligibility and trial
Users must be at least 18 and legally able to use the service. One trial of exactly 7 × 24 hours is available per person and begins only after explicit activation. A second account, referral or device does not create another trial.
Plans and payment
The displayed USD catalogue is informational while checkout is closed. Future plans are prepaid and do not renew automatically. If checkout opens after the missing commercial disclosures are published, each order will show its accepted price, duration, token, network, quote expiry and policy versions before payment.

Market analytics only. Not financial advice. Trading involves risk. Past and forward-test results do not guarantee future performance. Delays, price movement, slippage, fees and the user's execution may change every outcome; the user can lose some or all trading capital.
Acceptable use and availability
Do not resell access, share credentials, scrape protected content, evade access controls, abuse referrals, interfere with the service or use it unlawfully. Features may be maintained, changed or discontinued. Audit records and mandatory rights are not erased by a suspension or product change.
